Order Processing & Handling Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a secondary notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and apply after the order has been processed by our warehouse network.

Fulfillment & Packaging Notice
To ensure fast and reliable nationwide delivery, we partner with specialized multi-channel fulfillment centers across the U.S. (including Amazon Logistics networks).
- Packaging: Your order will typically arrive in unbranded packaging, but may occasionally arrive in fulfillment partner packaging.
- Delivery Drivers: Packages may be delivered by national carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or local carrier networks (such as Amazon Logistics drivers).
Split Shipments
Because our inventory is distributed across multiple distribution centers, orders containing more than one item may be split into multiple shipments. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost to you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- If your package is shipped via Amazon Logistics (tracking numbers starting with "TBA"), you can track your package directly through our store order status page or via Swiship Tracking at https://www.swiship.com/track.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via standard shipping only. Please allow additional transit time for military address deliveries.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our fulfillment system is automated to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate order changes or cancellations within 1 hour of order placement. Once an order enters warehouse processing, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.
